What you'll need
- Cast iron skillet — Sears better than any non-stick; naturally non-stick once seasoned.
- Enameled Dutch oven — For braises, roasts, and one-pot mains.
- Instant-read thermometer — The only reliable way to nail doneness without guessing.
Instructions
- Cook rice per package. Quick-pickle carrots in rice vinegar + pinch salt for 10 min.
- Mix coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, ginger into sauce.
- Brown beef in avocado oil over medium-high, drain excess fat. Add sauce, cook 2 min.
- Wilt spinach in same pan. Fry eggs sunny-side. Bowl: rice → beef → carrots → spinach → egg. Drizzle extra gochujang.
