What you'll need
- Cast iron skillet — Sears better than any non-stick; naturally non-stick once seasoned.
- Enameled Dutch oven — For braises, roasts, and one-pot mains.
- Instant-read thermometer — The only reliable way to nail doneness without guessing.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss broccoli with ½ tbsp avocado oil, salt, pepper. Roast 18 min.
- Whisk honey, garlic, coconut aminos, and vinegar into glaze.
- Pat salmon dry, season. Heat remaining oil in oven-safe skillet medium-high. Sear salmon skin-up 3 min, flip.
- Pour glaze over salmon. Transfer skillet to oven, roast 8 min until cooked through. Serve with broccoli.
