  • ¾ lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 6 oz organic elbow pasta
  • 1 can organic kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can organic diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups organic beef bone broth
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ cup grass-fed cheddar, shredded
  • salt and black pepper

  1. Heat oil medium. Brown beef, drain fat. Add onion, cook 4 min. Add garlic, all spices, cook 1 min.
  2. Add tomatoes, beans, broth. Bring to boil.
  3. Add pasta. Reduce to medium, cook uncovered 10–12 min stirring often until pasta is tender and sauce thickens; add a splash of broth if it dries before the pasta softens.
  4. Serve topped with shredded cheddar.
