Instructions
- Preheat oven 425°F. Toss green beans with ½ tbsp oil, salt, pepper. Roast 20 min.

- Heat remaining oil in oven-safe skillet medium-high. Season chops, sear 3 min per side.
- Brush with BBQ sauce. Transfer to oven 8 min until 145°F. Rest 3 min. Serve with green beans.
