Ingredients

  • ¾ lb grass-fed flank steak, thinly sliced against grain
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp arrowroot starch
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup organic jasmine rice
  • sesame seeds to serve

  1. Cook rice per package. Mix coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and arrowroot with ¼ cup water for sauce.
  2. Heat wok over high until smoking. Add 1 tbsp avocado oil. Sear beef in batches 1 min per side. Remove.
  3. Add remaining oil. Stir-fry broccoli and snap peas 3 min. Add bell pepper 1 min more.
  4. Return beef, pour in sauce. Toss until sauce thickens and coats, 1 min. Serve over rice with sesame seeds.
