- 8 small brioche buns

Instructions
- Mix ketchup, coconut sugar, vinegar, Dijon, paprika, garlic, cumin for BBQ sauce. Reserve half.
- Season pork, place in slow cooker with ½ cup water and half BBQ sauce. Cook low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
- Shred pork. Toss with remaining BBQ sauce.
- Mix cabbage, apple, mayo, vinegar, pinch salt for slaw. Toast buns. Pile with pork and slaw.
