  • ¾ lb grass-fed sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or mushroom sauce for vegan)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp arrowroot starch
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup organic jasmine rice
  • sesame seeds

  1. Cook rice. Mix coconut aminos, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, arrowroot + ¼ cup water for sauce.
  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water 2 min, drain, pat dry.
  3. Heat wok over high until smoking. Sear beef in batches 1 min each side. Remove.
  4. Add broccoli, toss 1 min. Return beef, pour in sauce. Stir until thick and glossy, 1 min. Serve over rice with sesame seeds.
